Wild Kind Photography  (the “Photographer”) desires to take photographic images of me (“I” or “me”) at Scale Liverpool at the Woo:xhibition Event on 25 February 2025 to be used commercially, personally, and otherwise. In exchange good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which I hereby acknowledge, I hereby irrevocably permit, authorize, grant, and license Photographer and its affiliates, successors, assigns, and licensees, and the employees, officers, directors, and agents of each and all of them (“Authorized Persons”), the rights to use, publish, reuse, republish, distribute, disseminate, display, exhibit, transmit, broadcast, reproduce, record, modify, alter, edit, adapt, exploit, sell, rent, license, otherwise use, and permit others to use my image for artistic and commercial use in perpetuity throughout the universe in any medium or format whatsoever now existing or hereafter created on any platform and for any legal purpose, including but not limited to advertising, public relations, publicity, packaging, and promotion of Photographer and its licensees and their businesses, products, and services, without further consent from or royalty, payment, or other compensation to me.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I hereby irrevocably waive all legal and equitable rights relating to all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, suits, damages, and expenses, including but not limited to claims for libel, defamation, invasion of any rights of privacy (including intrusion, false light, public disclosure of private facts, and misappropriation of name or likeness), violation of rights of publicity, physical or emotional injury or distress, or any similar claim or cause of action in tort, contract, or any other legal theory, now known or hereafter known in any jurisdiction throughout the world arising directly or indirectly from the Authorized Persons’ exercise of their rights under this Agreement.
This Model Release Form shall be governed by English law.

The Model has the right to exercise its rights as a data subject under the DPA/GDPR, at any time by writing to the Photographer at hello@wildkindphotography.com or 5a St. James Road, Wallasey, CH45 9LR, UK. This will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out by the Photographer before I the Model withdraw my consent.

The Photographer are the data controllers and responsible for the personal data comprising the Photograph, and the Model’s contact details and any related personal data.

The Photographer will ensure that it complies with the requirements of all legislation and regulatory requirements in force from time to time relating to the use of the Photograph and your contact details and any related personal data.

I represent and warrant to Photographer that I am at least eighteen (18) years of age, and I have full right, power, and authority to enter into this Agreement and grant the rights hereunder.
